Hi, I'm Elizabeth

Slow yoga, a steady practice, and room for anyone who shows up.

I've been studying and practicing Yoga for 35 years. I have studied Hatha specifically, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Anusara, Flow, Restorative and Yin. I believe in using all forms of yoga that cultivate health and well being.

In 2005 I did a 100 hour teacher training at Kalani Yoga retreat with my wonderful teacher and mentor, Kathy Elder. I completed a RYT-200 in July 2016 with Liz Hefferman. I am a certified Yoga Alliance instructor.

I am also a musician, singer and understand the importance of breath and movement to obtain optimum health and happiness. Also as a thriver after a 3 year battle with breast cancer, I know that yoga helped me regain my strength and kept my attitude positive throughout chemo and radiation treatment.

I believe that yoga is the answer to a lot of problems, both physical and emotional and I'm ready to help spread that information. I am grateful to all the yoga masters before me that have unlocked this wonderful practice for me.
